II. In order to repair a unit under warranty, all manufacturers require the following information: - Customer Unit: A copy of the sales slip, customer's name, address and telephone number.
- Stock Units: A statement on company letterhead to include: model number, serial number and complaint.
- Rental Units: A copy of the original rental contract.
SERVICE HINTS: Most manufacturers will not pay for "No Fault Found". Most manufacturers will permit only one stock repair. JVC does not pay for shipping charges for repair of dealer stock.
